Our team was engaged during the complete renovation and enhancement of this luxury villa. The client’s requirements included a comprehensive lighting layout design, as well as the supply and installation of all lighting components.
In addition, the client requested centralized automation for controlling magnetic tracks in the living area, TV lounge, gym, office, and master bedroom. A standout feature of this project was the installation of our signature LUMA profile, providing custom flush feature lighting in the dining area, complete with precise dimming capabilities to create the perfect ambiance.
Key Challenge
We also automated the villa with advanced SONOS sound systems, double-dial AC thermostats from BUNDARY, and roller curtain motors equipped with scene controls. The partial automation allowed the homeowner to control and enjoy the areas they used most frequently with ease.
Highlights
The home was integrated into a robust Zigbee 3.0 mesh network, powered by TUYA’s software and the Smart Life application. This cloud-based solution provided a reliable system with an intuitive interface, ensuring an excellent end-user experience.
Additionally, the villa was enhanced with Pesetech skylight features, which brought beautiful natural light to previously dim spaces. The integration of lighting and automation created a cohesive and luxurious environment throughout the home.
