Our team was entrusted with the complete ceiling design and lighting solutions for this project, ensuring a seamless integration of lighting and automation systems.
The project featured floating ceilings with indirect lighting coves, equipped with RGB and CCT lighting strips controlled via our TUYA RGB CCT controllers, all connected to a Zigbee mesh network.
Key Challenge
Despite a tight timeline, our team worked diligently to deliver a fresh, modern look. This included the installation of gypsum ceilings, sleek magnetic tracks, and the relocation of AC grills to align symmetrically with the tracks. The home was fitted with a range of CCT fixtures to create customizable lighting ambiance suited to any mood.

The property featured a combination of ambient, task, and mood lighting, providing a comprehensive and enjoyable lighting experience throughout the home. A standout feature of this project was the installation of motion-triggered floor lighting beneath the kitchen cabinets, which activated upon detecting presence in the kitchen—an element that was highly appreciated by the client.
Additionally, the villa was enhanced with Pesetech skylight features, which brought beautiful natural light to previously dim spaces. The integration of lighting and automation created a cohesive and luxurious environment throughout the home.
