We delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution for the home automation system of a luxury villa, featuring the installation of various components such as lighting control relays, air-conditioning thermostats, curtain motors, hygrometer sensors, and RGB control lights, all seamlessly integrated using Zigbee technology on the TUYA platform.

Key Challenge

A key challenge in this project was the requirement to perform retrofit installations without altering or demolishing existing ceilings or walls. Through meticulous planning and creative execution, our team strategically routed and installed wiring, ensuring ease of access for future maintenance and upgrades. This unique project involved the integration of over 200 devices, incorporating energy saving features such as temperature and humidity sensors, human presence detectors, and multi-control associations for outdoor lighting.

The highlight of the project was the installation of RGB strip lighting in the garage porch, combined with an eye-catching feature wall that enhanced the villa’s facade, providing a visually striking design element.
