Downtown Views 1 – Unit 4305
This project was a personal favorite for our team. The client, with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, approached us to automate his apartment just three days before his scheduled move-in, making it an exciting and fast-paced challenge.
The client sought to add both luxury and convenience to his home, and our proposal to automate the lighting, air conditioning, and curtains was the perfect fit. Our team worked meticulously to complete the necessary wiring, power all equipment, and integrate his existing systems with our automation solutions. Remarkably, we handed over the fully automated home one day ahead of the
client’s move-in.
The client was extremely satisfied, as we maintained clear communication throughout, delivering a fully operational system within a tight deadline.
Key Challenge
Fortunately, we had the client’s preferred finishes for the touchpads in stock, allowing us to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space. The home automation system was set up using HomeKit-compatible gateway nodes, ensuring future compatibility with Siri for seamless day-to-day control.
Highlights
A standout feature of this home was the luxurious automated curtains, which were programmed to open every evening, offering breathtaking views of the illuminated Burj Khalifa and the vibrant Downtown Dubai skyline.
