This 8,000 sq. ft. villa was fully outfitted with a comprehensive automation system by Orvibo, featuring lighting, air-conditioning, curtain systems, sensors, hygrometers, emergency buttons, and more. Our design approach was meticulously tailored to align with the client’s specific requirements for lighting and sound systems, ensuring a seamless integration of automation that enhances both functionality and ambiance.
Key Challenge
The master bedroom boasts our preferred MixPad Ultra 7 in a sophisticated brown finish, installed at the headboard to create a unique, value-added feature. The living room features the impressive MixPad X, providing centralized control for the entire villa, including the surveillance systems.
Highlights
A highlight of this project is the elegant CCT magnetic grill lighting, carefully selected to enhance the villa’s aesthetic appeal. This minimalistic yet impactful lighting solution creates a perfect atmosphere, allowing the homeowner to set the ideal mood for any occasion.
