Princess Tower – Unit 8401, Dubai Marina
This luxurious 3-bedroom property, located on the 84th floor of the iconic Princess Tower in Dubai Marina, offers stunning views of the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai skyline.
We were tasked with delivering a high-end luxury automation system, encompassing the complete automation of lighting, air conditioning, and roller curtains. This system was controlled using multiple relays, gateways, dimming controllers, and 4″ control panels, among other components.
The system was uniquely designed to centralize control of every zone in the home through a single access panel, which was fitted with a dedicated wired gateway for robust connectivity to the Zigbee mesh. All devices were hardwired to a PoE switch, ensuring a consistent and reliable Ethernet connection, further strengthening the network.
The property featured a number of lighting loops, with highlights including RGB GU10 bulbs and floor fixtures that illuminated a concrete column in the living room, creating a dynamic ambiance.

Despite the complexity of the wiring and system loops, our on-site team ensured the smooth and efficient installation and operation of the entire system, fulfilling our commitment to quality and precision.

A standout feature of this home was the use of luxurious onyx marble countertops in the living room, bar, and kitchen. These feature tables were fitted with fully dimmable and automated lighting fixtures, adding an exquisite, high-end finish to the space.
The combination of rustic micro-cement flooring and walls, paired with sleek black modern devices, perfectly fused contemporary design with the property’s elegant aesthetic.
