The client’s primary requirement was focused on energyconservation, with  minimal automation limited to key areas to control costs. We implemented a partial home automation system, including motorized curtains and lighting automation in the main living areas, as well as air conditioning automation throughout the villa to optimize energy consumption. Additionally, we automated the water heaters in all rooms, allowing the client to set schedules for hot water availability, primarily in the mornings before leaving for work and school.

We also provided a comprehensive CCTV and Wi-Fi solution, ensuring full exterior coverage of the villa and fast, reliable internet access throughout the property.

As this project was undertaken during the renovation stage, we had the flexibility to install CAT6 cables through walls and ceilings to connect
POE devices and the NVR system. We carefully patched up all civil openings created during the installation process.
